This Tool Pouch was used by John Moore in his role as John ‘Zeke’ Ezekiel in Pitch Black. It can be seen at Zeke’s waist throughout all of his scenes.
This is also the pouch Zeke is using while cutting ‘Jack’ free from her cryo-sleep unit with his cutting-torch and welding goggles (Which later become Riddick’s goggles!)
