This special prop, known as the notorious "Override Device", was created by the 24 prop department and was THE main terrorist tool used in Day 9 (Live Another Day) of 24 on FOX. This one-of-a-kind prop has multiple colored electrical wires that are connected to a central control unit that lights up. The device was carried inside a steel briefcase that was also used and seen onscreen frequently. Inside the case is also the screen used tracking device that "Agent Navarro" (Benjamin Bratt) inserts in it to track it's whereabouts. The device allowed the terrorists to take control of military drones and cause havoc and destruction across the globe. The "Override Device" was an integral part and focus of the Day 9 storyline. The terrorist "Margo Al-Harazi", played by actress Michelle Fairley gained possession of the device and threatened to destroy major cities if her demands were not met. "Jack Bauer" was hunting her and the "Override Device" throughout the "Live Another Day" season. This rare prop comes certified by a Prop Store of LA certificate of authenticity.
