Survivor Panama - Exile Island, 'Courtney' Answer Card

"Courtney" (Marit) signed answer card, used in the "Voo Doo" reward challenge (won by Cirie) in episode 10 ("Medical Emergency") of Survivor: Panama - Exile Island. In the challenge, contestants start by filling out a survey consisting of several questions (such as "Who is the most annoying?" and "Who never shuts up?"), designed to stir things up. The answers are tallied, and contestants have to then guess the most commonly given answer to each question. Each player was given a series of answer cards to use to respond to the questions, one of which is featured here.
