This is the hero light up prop used in "Bride of Chaotica". It is referred to as "a calling card". The one the EMH doctor uses is the only one that lights up. push the bottom button and its a green LED phaser. Push the small button and the screen blinks for scanning. Push the large red button and the screen lights up and is for transport. Great hero prop that was reworked from a found prop.
