The Gold Rush (1925), Charlie Chaplin cane from The Gold Rush

This cane was used and broken on the set of The Gold Rush by Charlie Chaplin. His friend Harry Gribbon was on the set that day and asked if he could have the cane and get it repaired. Mr. Gribbon had the cane repaired in 1925 and had an antler attached to the top where the broken hook had been removed. Harry Gribbon gave this cane to Joe Franklin on Mr. Franklin's show in New York years later.
