Deceptively simple comm favored by the Tok'ra, also seen in use at times by the Tau'ri and Goa'uld, in multiple episodes including third season two-parter Jolinar's Memories/The Devil You Know and seventh season two-parter Fallen/Homecoming.  Although considered a 'short-range' communication device, a Tok'ra comm is nonetheless capable of, for example, reaching from beneath a planet's surface to an orbiting spacecraft.
