This is the team immunity idol from season 23 of Survivor - "South Pacific", this season brought back 2 previous contestants (Ozzy and Coach) and the redemption island twist where a contestant gets a 2nd chance to win the million dollars.
To remain safe in the game you need to win challenges to get the immunity idol, Ozzy's tribe Savaii only managed to win the idol 3 times where as Coach's tribe Upolu won 4 times giving them an edge in the 2nd half of the game.
