Surrogates (2009), Snake Man - Full head prosthetics

This is one of the original full head make up appliances (2 piece latex prosthetic) used for the snake man scenes from the 2009 Bruce Willis movie. The appliances are displayed on a rigid foam mold of the actors head which was clearly also used to airbrush each of the pieces prior to application. Comes with a full COA from the Prop Store of London
