This is the screen worn fire mask from Leprechaun in the Hood. This very mask can be seen when the leprechaun is set on fire at Fountain's house.
The mask is made of foam latex appliances that have been painted to film, applied to a fire mask, then brushed over with a flame resistant liquid. Very rare prop.
