This is a Screen Used Resin Chakram. This type of Chakram was used to throw by Xena. I was able to SCREEN MATCH it to two episodes. The first being, "Been There Done That." This is the Chakram she throws at the end of the episode that solves the problem. I also matched it to the episode titled, "Maternal Instincts." You can see this exact Chakram in the Production photos posted below.
