This is the complete Pseudo Pinhead Makeup appliance worn by Jay Gillespie as Pseudo Pinhead in the 2011 film Hellraiser:Revelations.
This mask was created by Gary Tunnicliffe and still contains large amounts of blood, the mask is displayed on a foam lifecast of Jay Gillespie.
Interesting enough...with the amount of work that went into creating this piece and the very low budget allowed for this film, this was the only Pseudo Pinhead piece created and used the film.
