This plaque can be seen in Maddux Donner's (Ron Livingston) crew quarters as set decoration. Plaque is faux wood with beveled edges and a plastic faceplate with faux metal texture with the words "Mars 2040-2042" with a Mars Lander and the Mars 40-42 mission logo, as well as the names "Michael Goss," "Ted Shaw," "Maddux Donner," "Sharon Lewis" and "Jeff Walker."
