This is an original production piece, produced by Stuart Freeborn for the climatic battle between Luke and Vader.
This is Lukes hand, clasping his Lightsaber. This was made for the movie, but ultimately unused. Notice that this is infact his OTHER hand, and not the one he eventually loses in the movie, which might explain why it was never finished.
