This is the sewing kit used by Leatherface in Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning. This particular sewing kit has pins, needles and metal spikes. most of the items still have traces of blood from screen use. This was also the needle kit used by Leatherface to sew up Eric's face after it was peeled from his head.
