This is a high-quality replica of the first glove worn by actor Robert Englund in his pivotal role of dream-stalker, Freddy Krueger. Constructed fully of copper and brass and mounted upon a weathered leather glove, this piece boasts extraordinary detail.
The blades feature correct curvature and the elusive index-blade-soldered-break. The armature is long and slender, featuring the mis-drilled holes in the upper finger stall. The brass backplate is appropriately weathered and shaped correctly (even down to the one rounded-edge). Even the thin brass finger stalls have been soldered in the correct pattern and positioning.
The glove itself is full leather and again features the correct tearing pattern and the often missed burn-hole in the thumb.
The glove is also alot smaller than any other replicas I have seen.
A great collectible piece for any ELM STREET fan.
