A cross burned facial appliance created for the production of the 1985 horror film, Fright Night. This was created to be worn by Evil Ed (Stephen Geoffreys) during scenes after Jerry (Chris Sarandon) turns Ed into a vampire. Evil Ed then visits Peter (Roddy McDowall) and tries to attack him, only to be warded off with a cross to the face!
The forehead appliance is made from foam latex and has been detailed give the actor the appearance that his skin has been heavily burned by a cross.
