This is a replica of the commissioning plaque as seen on the starboard side of the Ent-D's bridge, near one of the forward turbolifts next to the viewscreen. It is assumed this is a casting of the Franklin Mint reproduction that was released back in the mid/late 90's. Comprised of very heavy, industrial-strength resin.
