In second season episode The Schizoid Man, neural sensor pads are placed on Data's forehead as part of a test administered by Counselor Troi, who determinates that there are two personalities currently residing in Data's positronic brain - his own and that of Dr. Ira Graves. Painted plastic with tape accents.
