Child's Play, Chucky facial appliances

This is an original Chucky facial appliance from the fan favorite horror film, Child’s Play. This appliance was one of the few full facial appliances created for use on the animatronic Chucky doll, who is brought to life by the spirit of Charles Lee Ray! In addition, this appliance was later used as reference when the new Chucky faces were created for Child's Play 3.

The appliance is created out of foam latex and has been painted and detailed to match the freckled face good guy's appearance, featuring line drawn eyebrows and lashes. Best of all, remnants of glue and strands of red hair are still present throughout the entire appliance.

The entire piece comes stored on a custom-made acrylic stand and measures approximately 8” (20cm) long, 6.5” (17cm) wide, and 10.5” (27cm) tall. Areas of the foam latex has become very fragile due to age and storage and some areas have begun to deteriorate (see photos) , but the piece is still in overall good condition.
