This is the working Cardassian Replicator used in Ops on DS9, it lights up when plugged into a wall outlet.
The two screencaps above are from the episode "Civil Defense", where an old Cardassian Security program causes the replicator to replicate a device that shoots at any non-Cardassians in Ops.
