Popeye (1980), Bluto's Hat

This hat was worn on screen by Paul L. Smith as "Captain Bluto" and can be seen throughout the film. It is a black oversized wool hat with a shiny brim. There is a piece of tape on the inside that has the name "Bluto". The inside lining and stitching have deteriorated in some areas
