Adi Gallia was a Human Jedi Master who served on the High Council prior to and during the Clone Wars. Gallia practiced an unorthodox lightsaber dueling style with a reverse one-handed grip. She was killed by General Grevious at the Battle of Boz Pity in the final year of the Clone Wars.

This style of lightsaber was also carried by Togruta Jedi Master Shaak Ti. Shaak Ti was also active during the Clone Wars, and although she managed to escape Coruscant during the Great Jedi Purge, she was eventually tracked to Felucia and killed by Darth Vader's secret apprentice, Galen Starkiller Malek.
