Dream House, 'Dream House' Book

Prop hardcover book written by character Peter Ward in the film "Dream House" and shown extensively at the end of the film. One of approximately 20 made for the window and book store scenes with Daniel Craig pictured on the back jacket.
Even the inside flap has a picture of Daniel Craig and the first page of the book has the actual title of the prop book printed on it!
Inside the book are just "filler" pages from another novel. On the back flap is a picture of the house where the movie story took place.
